Iguana Behavior

Iguanas are diurnal reptiles. They are cold-blooded animals, so they often bask in the sun to keep warm. Green iguanas have a great sense of vision, and good senses of hearing and smell. Iguanas are mainly herbivores. They like eating leaves, flowers, and fruits. But insects, worms, and other small animals are also a part of their diet.
